Welcome to Adventure Camper’s online setup and orientation instruction video. You may of course watch this video as many times as you would like. This is the same video you would normally be shown on the day of your camper pickup.

Here at Adventure, we schedule pickup appointment times on the hour. After receipt of the quiz results, you will be able to skip watching the video on your pickup day. Normally the orientation process takes about 45 minutes, by watching the online video, you will roughly cut the time in half on the day of your pickup!
On the day of your pickup we will take you straight to your camper to perform the walk through inspection of your unit. If you have questions about the set-up or operation, our dispatch personnel will be happy to answer any of your questions concerning the operation of your camper.
One last note, the most common cause for delay in leaving with your camper on the day of pickup is not having the required hitch and trailer wiring, or the wiring not functioning. By state law, and for the safety of you and your family, we can not allow you to leave our lot without proper and functioning hitch and lighting. The campers require at minimum a Class II hitch and a seven way round wiring connector. If you need hitch and lighting work installed, or if you have an incorrect lighting connection, please call us for a recommendation of a qualified installer. We strongly recommend having any existing wiring checked to verify it is of the correct type and functioning properly.
