Comments: Hi Ray,
As we have for many years, we rented a pop-up from Adventure Camper and spent a week fly fishing through Wyoming and Montana. This year we spent most of the time floating the Bighorn River near Fort Smith, Montana. We had amazing weather for Mid-April. In fact, we heard it was snowing in Denver while we were getting sunburned on the river.

The Viking pop-up was perfect for our group of guys. It's basic enough that it feels like camping, but at the same time you have a nice soft bed, protection from the rain and wind, power (with the generator) and a heater if you need it. We only used the heater one night this trip, but on other trips we have used it to to stay toasty while it snowed and blowed outside. It can get pretty breezy in Wyoming.

Everything worked perfectly and we again had a great time. Thanks for all your help, great product and great service. Now if you guys only rented drift boats as well...:)

Comments: Mary at the Colorado Springs office remembered us from last year when we rented a camper. It was so nice that even though we had met her one time she still remembered our group. She was so nice, funny and informative. We have rented a camper from this place two years in a row when we have come out to visit our kids and both times have been exceptional. The campers are very clean and a great way to camp in CO. We will use this company and work with Mary every year we come out to Colorado. Give Mary a raise...."WE LOVE MARY"!!!!!

Comments: For the past several years we have rented a pop-up camper from Adventure Rentals and headed up to Wyoming on a Spring fishing trip. Friends that love to fly fish come into DIA from all over the country, we pick them up, and then drive up I-25 into Wyoming. We fish the North Platte river system which consists of a string of tailwaters (below dams) and some of the best fishing in the country. Our pop-ups have always been first rate and the experience of camping right next to the river can't be beat. The expense is also very reasonable since we split the cost between 4 guys. We also like the low profile of the pop-up since Wyoming is known to be a little "breezy." In any case, renting a pop-up is the perfect way to explore Wyoming and Colorado while staying warm, dry, mobile, and comfortable.

Comments: At the end of September I had written you with some questions about renting a camper trailer for a 3 day "trial run" as my wife and I recently retired and are thinking of doing a longer trip next spring. You promptly replied to my inquiry and answered my questions. However, at that time, I had a 2500/250 hitch on my Jeep Cherokee and your Colorado Springs office informed me that I definately needed a Class II hitch for the Viking 1906. Consequently, I purchased and installed the required hitch along with a 4 to 7 wire adapter. The Class II hitch also gives me the advantage of having multiple draw bars with different size hitch balls and a rear mounted bicycle rack. This Monday I rented the Viking 1906 from your Denver location for a short camping trip to Carter Lake in Larimer county. We had a great experience with the camper trailer which was definatly luxury camping for us.

I wanted to let you know that I found your website well organized and informative, your training video on setting up and taking down the "pop up" camper excellent, and Ed was very helpful and took the time to answer all of my many questions about how things worked on the camper. I look forward to renting from your company again.

Thanks,
Bob Meyers

Comments: I just wanted to thank you for all of your generosity that you showed me while I was having car problems and getting the camper back to you a couple of weeks ago.

We had a great trip and can't wait to rent another camper in the future. The guy who gave us and too us back to the camper (can't remember his name) was very kind and helpful also.
Thanks for being so understanding.

Comments: We wanted the owner(s) to know of the GREAT customer service we received at your business, and how your employee Ed, helped save our weekend.

First, we had my kids here' so we decided to rent a camper for the weekend. When we got there it was already 4PM, Ed went over everything in detail with us, making suer that we knew everything needed. He pointed out the phone number just in case we had any problems, and he told us that it didn't matter what time of night, if we have a problem to call period.

Once we got to hook up the trailer, we found out that the wiring didn't work, we thought our weekend with the kids was done. Ed took the time to explain our options, he said he would stay as late as needed to save our weekend, well after fixing the wiring, and double checking that everything worked the way it should, we were on our way.

My kids had a blast, they want to go camping again, but they made it clear, they want to rent the same trailer. By the time we pulled out of the lot, it had to have been 6PM, one hour after you closed. You have no idea what "customer service" means to me. With customer service like what Ed showed, WE WILL BE BACK, your company has a customer for life. We wish more businesses had employees like Ed, he is an asset to your business.

Thank you Ed, for saving our weekend.
Thank you Adventure Rentals, for having GREAT employees.

Comments: I had a great experience renting one of your camping trailers in early November 2005. We went to Kansas on a pheasant hunting trip. Our hunting trip was a success.

Thanks again for a pleasant experience with your product and people. I hope to do more business with your company in the future.
